Cheat Menu:
After pausing the game, hold L2 + R2 + Triangle + Square + X. Continue to hold these buttons and a Cheat Menu will be displayed. Press Up or Down to scroll through the cheats and press L1 or L2 to toggle them.
Super player:
Go to the "Create Player" option in rosters and make any desired appearance. Press X to go to the player's attributes screen. Set the "Shooting", "Passing" and "Dribble" to "Finesse". Set the "Dunking" to "All". Go down to the "Overall" option and set it as high as possible until you run out of points. Overall should now be about 65. Set all the attributes below overall to "50", and then put the overall up again until you run out of points. The overall should now be about 85. Repeat setting the attributes down to "50" and raising the overall up as high as it can go. Your player's overall should now be 99.
